ANDY’S STORY – I was diagnosed with Thyroid Cancer in December 2013. After major surgery and radiation I am now on the road to recovery. From our own experiences, Caroline (my beautiful wife) identified a need for accommodation solutions for families to stay together whilst a loved on is in hospital far from home.  So, true to her strong, determined character she founded Heartfelt Homes.

For over a year now, Caroline has worked her butt off to get Heartfelt Homes registered and established in major hospitals throughout Australia and has helped many families in need, just like ours.  So this is my bit to help.

I am riding from Lennox Head to Sydney from 30th May 2015 over 8 days.  The ride is approx 800kms. I have never cycled this kind of distance before!!  Check out my everyday hero profile for some injury pics!!  Thank you.
